✅ Preferred Qualifications
✓ Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within the building or construction industry
✓ Advanced proficiency with Xero for bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing and expense management
✓ Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn job management software (e.g., BuildXact/WunderBuild) and CRM systems
✓ Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong time-management
✓ Outstanding written and verbal communication for liaising with clients, tradies and suppliers
✓ Tech-savvy with cloud-based tools (OneDrive, Microsoft Teams) and comfortable working remotely
✓ Proactive problem-solver who can prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in AU business hours
✓ Experience drafting estimates, tenders or RFQs and supporting basic financial/cashflow management
