✓ Proven experience in business development, sales, or end-to-end lead generation

✓ Experience in offshore sales or remote client engagement with AU customers

✓ Background in B2B or commercial sales (construction/painting experience a plus)

✓ Strong research and data-gathering skills to build and maintain prospect databases

✓ Confident in high-volume outreach, follow-ups and pipeline management

✓ Excellent communication and relationship-building with key decision-makers

✓ Self-starter, results-driven, able to work independently and take ownership of targets
