✅ Preferred Qualifications

✓ 5+ years estimating experience in construction with significant multifamily exposure (40+ units)

✓ Proficiency in STACK, including creating and managing assemblies to improve takeoff speed, consistency, and accuracy

✓ Experience performing accurate quantity takeoffs across all CSI divisions and trades for multifamily projects

✓ Working knowledge of Construction Online (UDA) and managing subcontractor bidding and communication through it

✓ Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; excellent written and verbal English

✓ Self-directed with experience soliciting, tracking, and leveling subcontractor bids, conducting value engineering and supporting change order pricing
