TradieVA is looking for an experienced  Residential Project Controls Specialist VA.

✓ Proven experience in US residential construction estimating and project controls

✓ Strong understanding of remodeling projects including labor, subcontractor scopes, and cost structures

✓ Demonstrated ability to create detailed scope of work (SOW) and time-based estimates

✓ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for estimating, tracking, and reporting

✓ Experience with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms

✓ Strong analytical skills to identify cost and schedule risks early and manage budgets/forecasts

✓ Ability to work independently, self-manage priorities, and proactively improve processes
