✓ Experience in property, maintenance coordination, facilities, or asset management

✓ Strong understanding of WHS legislation and contractor safety requirements

✓ Knowledge of statutory maintenance obligations and relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS 1851, AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3666) and NCC/Building Code

✓ Proficiency in asset/maintenance management systems, Microsoft 365 and Outlook

✓ Excellent written documentation, compliance recordkeeping and reporting skills

✓ Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills, including managing sensitive or vulnerable tenants

✓ Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or related field
