✓ Experience as a Draftsperson, Quantity Surveyor, or both in residential construction

✓ Proficiency in Revit or similar drafting software

✓ Experience preparing BOQs, material take-offs and cost estimates using Excel or similar tools

✓ Strong understanding of residential construction methods and construction costing principles

✓ High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✓ Ability to translate sketches, notes and conversations into structured drawings and documentation

✓ Experience collaborating with builders/directors and admin teams to maintain scalable, consistent plans and BOQs
