✓ Exceptional communication and proven VA experience

✓ Sales and marketing experience with lead conversion and chat selling

✓ Social media management, content creation, video script production and editing

✓ Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta/Facebook Ads management

✓ Working knowledge of Go High Level (Zip Leads), Mindbody Online and Stripe

✓ Familiarity with project management apps (Trello/ClickUp) and CRM task updates

✓ Customer service expertise including email triage and inbox-zero response handling
