✓ Strong verbal communication with proven ability to convert leads into customers over the phone

✓ Experience using CRM systems (Lana) and managing customer relationships

✓ Comfortable with tech and quick to learn platforms like simPRO for job management

✓ Administrative experience including invoicing, scheduling, data entry and job auditing

✓ Marketing experience or willingness to run email marketing and customer engagement campaigns

✓ High attention to detail for compliance, job costing and accurate documentation

✓ Proactive, independent worker who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
